Now this is a cake!

My dear friend Caroline bakes cakes. Not just any cakes, I'm talking the kind of cakes you see in those beautiful children's magazines such as (LMNOP and Papier-Mache). Coloured sugar frosting, sculpted letters and meticulous sculptures with every finer detail.

I couldn't resist but salute her here, 2 children, a Fashion IT business and 3 days of baking later she unveiled the most amazing (and most delicious) chocolate cake for her son luke's 1st Birthday party on Sunday.

And if you are asking if the animals, presents and balloons are handmade...YES, YES, YES.

Stay tuned, more cakes to come!
